I heard a caller on cspan claiming he was a republican and was embarrassed by the republicans in the proceedings. He went on to say he heard them claim that abortions were only 3% of the procedures they performed and while he was against abortion he recognized the need for women to have access to health services provided by planned parenthood.

I was pleasantly shocked to hear it.

With any luck this will not turn out the way they hoped. Mrs Richards is doing a wonderful job!
