Because if the guns killed people in war then we could just send guns.
It is people with guns that kill, and if there is no intent then there is no killing, so in the end it is people who make the choice to pull the triger.

But soon that could change...we now have robots to do the killing but even so there are people behind them that do the sending and have the intent...so the right way to stop it is to change the intent.

I am sure to some this will sound like I side with the NRA, but my point is that false logic does nothing to change the situation for the better.
