BOZEMAN, Mont. A black bear was spotted walking down the hallway at a high school in Montana on Wednesday morning, according to multiple media reports.
The bear entered the school through an open garage door in the back of the building at around 7:30 a.m.

That's more humane. I really don't agree with killing the animals unless they are rabid

Bear in mind (pun intentional) that Bozeman is the fourth largest city in Montana.

Any bear that comes too close to interacting with humans will be killed.

Here in NM, they just tranquilize and relocate them.
This is bear season, along with spring. They visit humans as easy sources of food, mostly carelessly contained garbage, to break their long fast in spring and fatten up in fall. They're a lot grumpier in spring.

I can't imagine killing a bear for being a bear. It's ridiculous.
