Now that a high ranking Congressional leader, a second congressman, and a staffer have . . . .

. . . . . all admitted the Benghazi Committee was a sham to bring down a political opponent, is it possible this was a criminal conspiracy? Not the effort to hurt a rival politically, but the misuse of government funds.

I'm not a lawyer. I don't play one on teevee. But the questions are serious. Was this a criminal conspiracy?

And so none of these guys is any more likely to be convicted on an impeachment charge than Bill Clinton ever was.

The one time an attempt was made to impeach a member of Congress it failed because it was concluded that the Congress does not have jurisdiction to impeach its own members.

They can be expelled or censured.

And that isn't happening either.
