Police investigate allegations that man peed on Black Chamber of Commerce property

Dallas police are investigating after hearing allegations that a man urinated on the premises of the Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce Saturday.

The allegations stem from a public Facebook picture posted Saturday that shows a man standing in the landscaping on the side of the chamber of commerce building with his hands at his pants.

The Facebook user who posted the picture, Lincoln Steffens, alleged in his post that a chamber of commerce board member told a nearby police officer about the incident, but the police officer took no action even though the man who urinated was in his sight.

Steffens also alleged in his post that when the board member approached the officer, the officer told him to “back up, back up” and reached for his belt.
