When we knew it was a hospital and had the coords. I do not care what the Russians are doing, we are Americans. I would like to know what safeguards are put in place to make sure it doesn't happen again. Whoever okayed that bombing target needs to have a career 'adjustment'

21. Yes, normally there would be a large red cross or crescent painted on the roof.

That way the people actually FLYING THE PLANE and SHOOTING THE GUNS would know that this was a medical facility and an order to target it was probably illegal and should at least be questioned.

For some reason that I have not seen answered anywhere, this building did not have one of those symbols.

There is probably an explanation. I just haven't seen it anywhere.

Or something like that. So, see, they didn't really know what they were bombing, but apparently they had to bomb something even if they were flying blind, target-wise. Mistakes may have been made. Stuff has a tendency to happen. Not really our fault; the hospital should have seen the airstrikes coming, so this is really on them.
