Is there a separate juvenile justice system for young white collar criminals?

Are juveniles who commit non-violent crimes sent to the same juvenile detention facility as the violent kids?

Kids who hack their school computers to change their grades; or maybe kids who make a shitload of money mowing lawns and selling baseball cards and don't report their income to the IRS; or kids who mastermind an illegal youth football gambling ring.

I'm not taking a position on that, just asking.
