Questions aimed at baiting candidates to attack each other or embarrassing, barely relevant questions to actual public policy issues designed to attack their character.

Sorry. I'm with the Republicans on this one. The media sucks. Their performance reminds me of middle school jerks who would surround two guys/girls who are having a beef and start pushing them into each other while yelling "fight fight!". The role of self appointed ring masters to the GOP Clown Show is not lost on anyone. By behaving as curators for the freak show instead of serious journalists they turn the complete process into a farce.
