The GOP gets rid of an unacceptable candidate AND Fox gets to uphold the message that only they can be trusted to tell the truth.

It's all about control.

Carson has been drinking the RW (Fox/Drudge/Brietbart, etc) Koolaid for a long, long time now. He has internalized all their talking points, and recites them by rote whenever he is challenged. To all intents and purposes, Carson is just another dittohead.

Nov 2015

I listen to talk radio and pay too much attention to the RW news operation. He says stuff that only an immature non-adult RW news consumer would say in front of the "like minded". A good politician dances around these talking points, hint at them as a wink to the lunatic fringe but they don't repeat them once in public let alone with a mic and cameras around. The only other alternative is that he is horribly advised and handled.

16. I think being a Conservative is a mental condition
Sat Nov 7, 2015, 05:32 PM
Nov 2015

I never used to think that, but there is something terribly off with these people. It's like they live in an alternate reality, of course the reality is all mental delusion, but we suffer for it.

These people arrive at conclusions prior to doing the research. So because he feels like people are after him he just states Obama didn't have it near this bad, without any real objective analysis. Also native to the Republicans these days is their ironic ability to cloak themselves in a flag of victimhood, something they claim to be the domain of the left. You saw something similar with the Couric "gotcha" interview with Palin. The "gotcha" question was merely "how does being Gov of Alaska prepare you for foreign policy issues" or something like that. This is when idiot Palin prattled on about Putin rearing his head and instead of the right saying "Oh wow. she fooked up" they blame the Liberal media for the hatchet job on Palin...the hatchet job being a very standard question ANY candidate should expect.

They are mean and ignorant to an extreme degree, and won't accept the truth no matter how carefully it's explained to them. Ever since limpballs and Fox took over the country, their fans have become ever more rabid. They have a sickness, and they are a sickness.
