I was wondering how hard he'd work to hold onto his Carson allegiance but I guess he's given up.
I feel kind of bad for Carson though. This thing about telling stupid lies - which Paul Ryan does too - is really common of adult children of alcoholics.

It's #3 on that list. My brother suffers pretty seriously from #12 though (Adult children of alcoholics are extremely loyal, even in the face of evidence that the loyalty is undeserved) so I thought he'd hold onto his Carson loyalty but I guess not.

(27 posts)He would be completely amazed what things common he and Bernie shares, even if they disagree with each other.
I've converted many former Carson, Fiornia, Trump supporters to Bernie and they like what they see from him. I have given them the option to change their registration to Democrat to vote for Bernie in the primaries and change after the general is complete, regardless of who wins.
This will be my final time voting as a registered Democrat. I've been greatly disappointed by the party on all levels enough to un-affiliate myself and join the growing ranks of Independents after the general election.

(22,336 posts)such as in the article the other poster posted above, but I don't know how any fiscal libertarians could like him.
"Brogressive" and "Libertarian" aren't really synonymous at all. Especially if you mean fiscal libertarian.

Somehow, he saw the light (some traveling in Europe was important) and is now a liberal.
