The NY Post now one of the worst papers in the country, is what the Daily News was for the past 25 yrs..

They have taken quite a turn lately. What's up? Not complaining, I like it, but it's so uncharacteristic.

12. The Daily News took a turn right around 2012 when

they appointed the executive editor of the NY Post as their editor in chief.

They just recently appointed a new editor in chief who has been with the News for a long time. That's why it's changed from the last 3-4 years.
