I didn't know...maybe there are more people that did the plotting and planning. Someone had to arm them to the 9s.

thinking he may have been one of the attackers escaping.

I can't remember where I saw/read that but I'm pretty sure that was the scenario. Downthread someone said he was arrested on warrants unrelated to the attack.

An innocent person was arrested and later released. There were only two murdering scum bags.

Farook and Malik died at the scene. Two officers were injured, but the wounds were not life-threatening. A third person detained after the shootout was determined to have no involvement in the case.

I could also swear that the media reported 3 shooters at the initial crime scene.

and 2 became three in their minds. Initial information is most often wrong. Later in the day the media asked the Chief why he was saying "UPWARDS of three people" They still did not have it nailed down.

The next thing might come out is if the was a office holiday party that an employee may have been designated/voluteered to take photographs or video of the party. So the attack may be on video, either by the volunteer, the other employees with cell phones, or by the attackers themselves with go pros.

but he is not accused of shooting. My crackpot theory is it's the guy that got them the guns, and that possibly he is the one who gave police the tip about the shooter's location. And also why they seek a third shooter.

But I don't have any confirmation of that. May be nothing at all.

He was running through yards and was apprehended by the police who promptly arrested him for an outstanding warrant.

Multiple sources, both police and press, insisted there were three shooters. Witnesses were quoted as saying there were three shooters. Three shooters wearing tactical gear and masks. MSNBC and CNN both stated that a person had "rolled out" of the get away SUV and had quickly wound up in police custody.
Police somehow knew very quickly the identities of the shooters and that they were in a rented SUV and had not changed vehicles.

I get the "fog of battle" thing, but.....I still want follow up with the witnesses and video to get a clearer picture of what actually transpired.
Our law enforcement community has been accuracy challenged in the past. For political reasons and to protect fuck ups at the scene; in the recent past events have been......enhanced, to better illuminate more desired scenarios.

It was the Federal Law Enforcement Agent setting up the sting, when suddenly the situation escalated beyond his control and things got unexpectedly real.

Or not.......?

... on a third shooter and other details may have more to do with the fact that the investigation is ongoing and accomplices are being looked at.

Maybe there WERE only two shooters at the scene (wouldn't be the first time people under fire got some details wrong) - but the idea that there were three was pretty universally confirmed during the first 3 to 5 hours of coverage. It seemed as if everyone was in agreement on that count. Perhaps it was only one mistaken survivor's account that was released early to all the media and everyone ran with it - I don't know.

But given that, it seems odd that there has been little LE comment on the question of "how many" beyond a simple "now we think there were only two". I haven't been glued to the press conferences, so maybe it's been more thoroughly addressed and I just missed it. But still - you'd think there would be more on it unless there's an investigative angle in play. Just my 2 cents.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have associates somewhere, but they were the only two who perpetrated this horror.

20. Using the "Benghazi!" investigative template

We can only conclude that it was Hillary Clinton, and that through her superior kung fu and command of Jedi mind tricks, she was able to convince law enforcement that she wasn't the suspect they were looking for, and that she could go on about her business. Move along.

Why hasn't Trey Gowdy convened a hearing on this yet? Oh no! They've gotten to him, too!

If that sounds plausible to you, I suggest you turn yourself in for appropriate screening by a mental health professional, and turn any firearms you own or possess over to a trusted relative or friend.
