I don't think it's very patriotic to be criticizing the president in the middle of a war

If we are, as some people say, at war, then we need to be standing with our commander-in-chief. We ought not to be second-guessing him, undercutting his leadership. That only gives aid and comfort to the enemy.*

that used to have it on a bumpersticker. He said he could do what he wanted, I reminded him of that now curiously missing bumpersticker and he left.
