Possibly the most shameful 7 seconds of television in history: RE MSNBC apartment.

https://pbs.twimg.com/tweet_video/CVZm8HAWsAA16LZ.mp4

Rifling through the crib of an orphaned (through no fault of its own, let not bring the awful parents into this one) 6 month old looking for scoops.

You can almost see a second of shame and regret come on his face, but then he proceeded to blissfully dig through the apartment while revealing the birthday photos, social security cards and driver licenses of family members who had nothing to do with the shooting.

Don't know what the hell they were expecting to find... Even neighbors and general onlookers made their way in the house... Somebody tweeted that some spectator even brought their goddamned DOG...

Motherfuck the FBI/Sheriff/whoever for not securing the home, and motherfuck the landlord for selling out so cheaply (allegedly $1000) and opening up the floodgates...

Blame the press and the landlord for the despicable behavior.

Homes are generally secured when LE feels there may be something more to be gleamed from the crime scene, and because defense attorneys need access to properly defend their clients.

The "clients," in this case, are dead and I can assure you that the FBI has done a very thorough job of acquiring everything they need - electronics, papers, DNA, fingerprints, etc.

But some went further than others. Broadcasting licenses and Social security numbers on live T.V.

What in the literal hell.

The child and grandmother are still tenants and have rights. The estate of the dead terrorists also has rights.

I don't even have the cards for my daughters - because we gave them to the girls when they left home for college or jobs. Does anyone here have the driver licenses of anyone other than themselves at their homes? (Birthday photos - we have many )

Lots of people in temporary living situations leave their most important documents with family more establish relatives to keep them safe. Maybe she doesn't drive anymore and doesn't need it.

For instance, I keep my passport, but my parents have my birth certificate and social security card at their home. I live in apartment they live in a house they own, guess who is more likely to lose some kind of critical document by moving it, heh.
