Just wait until he hones in a women's rights. And he will. No law is sacred to SCOTUS as they can whip up some terrific opinions to scuttle decades of human rights, especially if any Republican gets in there.

Hillary will not appoint a right-wing idiot if it's she who carries the Dem banner. She may not be Progressive but she's at least just a bit right of Center. And these days, that's what goes as Center. Somebody moved the goalposts.

Of course, we know what type Bernie would select...and with his awesome skills at governing and deal-making, he just might get one or two good ones through and get us back on track.

the Supreme Court. He gets to vote on this and he doesn't give a rat's ass about Earl Warren's opinions.

All we can hope is that Justice Kennedy votes with the three liberals which will throw the case back down to the district court's decision which upholds affirmative action.

We all need to keep in mind that THE NEXT PRESIDENT WILL PROBABLY APPOINT TWO OR THREE SCOTUS JUSTICES. This upcoming election will determine the kind of country we're going to be for generations to come.

He will pull in a big cross-over vote and thus beat the ignorant bigots at their own game.

move backwards 50+ years or so.

Extremist views are becoming mainstream.

That's because there is no significant counter-balance from Democratic Party leadership.

Instead, we wait to see how the stock market reacts.
