Jeb Bush, who promised to run for president by showing voters his heart, is making an especially personal appeal in New Hampshire on Tuesday, where he plans to discuss his daughters struggles with addiction.
Speaking at a forum on addiction and the heroin epidemic at Southern New Hampshire University in the afternoon, Mr. Bush will not only unveil his drug control strategy but also talk about how his family has intimately experienced the ravages of addiction.
In a post on Medium previewing his speech, Mr. Bush wrote in deeply personal terms about his daughter Noelle, who in 2002 was found with crack cocaine while at a rehabilitation center in Florida. She had been arrested earlier that year when she tried to use a fraudulent prescription to buy anti-anxiety pills.
As a father, I have felt the heartbreak of drug abuse, Mr. Bush wrote. My daughter Noelle suffered from addiction, and like many parents facing similar situations, her mom and I struggled to help.

Palin's kid having illegitimate kids, Bush daughters on dope...
meanwhile, Chelsea Clinton appears well adjusted, normal, happy and not in need of counseling.
Take your family values and shove them up your ass.
I don't mean to make light of the situation as his daughter needs help, but I just get tired of the preaching from those people, but they can't keep their own house in order.

Personally, I don't think I'd be talking with my father (Dad!) if he did something like that to me: "Look, boss, here's my drug-addicted son -- give me a promotion." (I don't have drug addiction, thankfully, unless being addicted to the Game of Thrones counts.)
That poor girl, suffering from drug addiction and paternalist stupidist.
It reminds me of Ted Cruz parading his daughters before the cameras and then crying foul when a cartoonist called him on it.
