A transgender woman has spent $76,000 on plastic surgery and won’t stop until she has reached ‘perfection’. Fulvia Pellegrino has had more than 150 lip and cheekbone fillers, four breast implants, and two rounds of liposuction – and has the full support of her wife. The 56-year-old, from Italy, has spent €12,000 on her bum and is planning even more surgery in her quest for the perfect face and body. Remarkably, Fulvia’s wife, Marisa, is standing by her husband, although the pair are now more like sisters than a married couple.

I'm not talking about the sex change, that's something people do. But how can a totally sane person think that those lips are in any way attractive? What surgeon would agree to do that?

She'd probably be a perfectly normal-looking middle-aged woman without the surgery. I get that a transgender woman might like a few tweaks to look more "feminine" but those lips aren't feminine, they are just weird.
