After the Texas tornado touched down on December 28th 2015, many families were left with nothing but carnage. However, the Delgado family got a much needed pick me up when they heard Lucy's cries beneath the rumble. This footage is amazing! I'm so happy Lucy was reunited with the ones who love her most.
