Where are the arrest-warrants for the Oregon militants?

They have committed several crimes so far:
- breaking&entering
- armed sedition
- theft (of the utilities)
- they have promised to kill people who try to enforce the law

I get that it's too dangerous to arrest them right now, why aren't there even arrest-warrants out for them?

Some of them enter and leave the compound at will!

And they still get to come and go as they please.

I'm wondering how long it will be before the authorities capitulate to their demands and have a ceremonial passing off of the deeds to the land they are occupying. Then they can move on to their next target where it will be repeated.
