Be it a dumb, angry, racist.... electorate or by a huge error by the Dems, who thinks that Trump will win.

(16,286 posts)In one day the president does more work than this clown has done in 10 yrs.
People think that because he is so rich and owns so many businesses and properties that he is some genius businessman and workaholic.
Nope.
He is a typical criminal businessman asshole. Most people who are this rich cant get this rich unless they are willing to see human beings as less than human.
Not all, but most.

(39,343 posts)and that's all he is at this time, a walking talking ego.
He'd hate the job and the control of his daily actions that he'd have to give up.

(23,954 posts)to push Trump and his hideous agenda over the top. that said, it's not a done deal imho.
however, we're relying on our police and intelligence services to prevent a (further) slide into fascism. there might be a conflict of interest in there somewhere.

(20,043 posts)I heard them talking on MSNBC about Nikki Haley giving the rebuttal to the SOTU tomorrow and they said if Rubio got the nomination and made her his veep they'd have a very good shot. That would be a good ticket for the repubs...

(50,557 posts)Trump is so famous for firing people they based an entire reality tv show around it. He can't fire Congress and he'd have a hell of a time firing his Cabinet.

(32,704 posts)He will win, unfortunately. He gets away with playing by a different set of rules. The respectable candidates on our side would either have to get in the mud with him (and lose), or not get in the mud with him (and still lose).
We might need to look into an operation chaos strategy...vote in their primaries for Jeb or Cruz! The rw hates Jeb. Cruz isn't a threat, assuming the voting machines aren't compromised. He's a short, unattractive rw wacko. Rubio could go either way. He's good looking, but he's not passionate and doesn't really stand for anything. The rest don't have a shot at winning the nom.
