https://gma.yahoo.com/da-says-cosby-looking-pick-own-prosecutor-pa-022910876--abc-news-celebrities.html#Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele has asked a Pennsylvania court to temporarily throw out a motion by Bill Cosby's legal team to dismiss the charge against him until after a preliminary hearing, according to paperwork obtained by ABC News.
In a press release today, Steele's team wrote that Cosby is seeking "special treatment in attempting to have pre-trial motions heard prior to a preliminary hearing."
Steele is pursuing an aggravated indecent assault charge against Cosby, stemming from a 2005 claim made by Andrea Constand. Cosby's team is arguing that a former district attorney had promised he would never be prosecuted in the case.
Steele's team also defended the D.A. against Cosby's camp's claim that Steele was only pursuing the charge for political gain and should be removed from the case.

using their money to make sure they get the most slanted (in their favour) conditions.
