I will be happy to explain why I'd pick Rice, but I would like to hear the other side first.

As far as that goes, I don't even think Rice is THAT bad of a person. He's not nearly as evil as my own Governor.

On the other hand Brownback fucked up all the poor people in an entire state. And yes this might kill some of them. But, being killed by poverty doesn't make the headlines, because it's an invisible cause of death.
