Marco said Nikki Haley was more than qualified to be vice-president. This raised the question if he was old enough to drink 'shine' and where he got it.

W was around the state campaigning for Jeb. I'm afraid what he said was lost amid the speculation about what the hell happened to his hair.

Trump was busy threatening to sue Cruz for lying and demanding that the RNC rein him in. That sound you hear is a brazillion South Carolinians laughing.

I have no idea where Carson is. Probably sleeping if his debate performances are any indication.

Kasich is busy pretending to be moderate. He's sort of pulling that off when he is compared to the competition. Strom Thurmond would look positively statesmanlike compared to that bunch.

Everything is ramping up and mud is being stored for the coming attacks. The primary is Saturday so it should reach DEFCON ONE soon. Maybe that wasn't rain I heard threatening to blast through my window.

Some news organization said "South Carolina's beloved governor". That prompted many to ask what happened to Nikki Haley.

Reporting from the eye of the mudstorm.

Edit to add: I forgot Cruz. How could I forget Cruz? He is just slithering around the state like our usual visitors. He blends in.
