I have a bit of a hearing loss - which means I can listen to the radio,

but some words I mis-hear. So today I heard the high in Kansas was going to be 90 degrees. On checking, I think the high in Kansas today is going to be 70 degrees. That's still pretty warm for this time of year, but given the breakdown in weather patterns, 90 degrees didn't seem impossible. Welcome to the world of global climate change.

I live in Tracy CA.

I have seriously been thinking about turning the A/C on in the daytime (inside temp has been reaching 78).

Opening the windows has kept the temp around 72 or 73.
