So it begins: Koch Brothers' Advisor to Join Rubio Campaign

He has PLENTY of real experience duping the same crowd that now supports Trump.

WASHINGTON — The top political adviser in Washington to the Koch brothers will join Marco Rubio’s presidential campaign in another sign the GOP establishment is trying to bolster the Florida senator’s White House bid.

Marc Short, president of Freedom Partners, will become senior adviser to Rubio’s campaign.

ADVERTISING

Freedom Partners is the umbrella political organization of Charles and David Koch, the billionaire brothers who are among the most generous supporters of Republicans.

“This is a big get for Rubio,” Phil Cox, former executive director of the Republican Governors Association, told Politico.

2. I think Rubio means to win, but, will start crafting his speech to appeal to the Trumpets.

And it wouldn't hurt him to adopt some of the lingo if it comes to being on the ticket as VP.

Win, win for Rubio…..I guess.

It's Rubio, though, who would step on baby Jesus if he thought it would lift him higher. I think VP is only Plan B for Rubio.

...he'd probably want someone more accomplished than a one term empty suit who never shows up to do his fucking job.

But what the hell do I know? No one seems to actually give a shit about experience any more.

that pisses off his base. They do not want another establishment guy and Rubio
is all those things, he's their adorable neocon. Trump's reaction is also going to
be interesting, I would not bet he'll go quietly. Rubio needs Trumps voters and
The Donald is not about the good of the party.
