or charge a higher premium, to those with pre-existing conditions. And being allowed to buy insurance from another state does not help those people; no insurance company in any state will issue a policy to a cancer patient unless the law says that they have to.

5. I think some of his proposals are good. BUT they need to be used as tweeks to Obama Care.

Every new endeavor needs to be adjusted here and there, and Obama Care is no different. If some of the ideas could be implemented into it, that would be good.

If ONLY the suggestions Trump makes are used, it will not work. They need to be add-ons to existing health care program.
