He incites it. You know wealthy people have people to do things for them.

He sounded like his lawyers told him to tone it down. He pulls stuff all the time that he doesn't get called for, but this time I think his lawyers told him he crossed the line.

He didn't just say he doesn't condone violence, he also reined in his tone and energy, said there are too many lawsuits in this country, and that we had to come together and be united. I heard several CYA soundbites throughout the evening, no doubt planted to try to later offset his incendiary speech.

He screams fire in a crowded theater every time he gets on the podium.
