If Rahm Emmanuel is any kind of mayor whatsoever. He would get in front of a camera in the next ten minutes and announce that the city of Chicago and the people of Illinois (of witch I am one) are sending Donald the bill for all the police overtime and extra security it's taking to contain this shit show.
