Part of it is the fur I'm sure, which has
a life of its own. It's like a combination of hay and
seaweed. He does need a shampoo and a trim. I am
continually finding things hidden and entangled in
his fur. Sometimes things just work their own
way out and drop on the floor as he is walking
(a little toy wheel) or sometimes they fly out while
he is scratching (an old sock). He was up on the couch
today and I got him off there and then I couldn't find
the remote. Then he was scratching himself and
the channels kept changing. The remote had worked
its way into his fur somehow. Apparently his fur
has some quality that is like those plants that
draw things into them by follicuilar action.
