Independents have gone to the polls and gotten a ballot with no presidential candidates. Why? Because independents can't vote in the primary.

the clerk who took his paperwork (Hillsborough County) said there had been a flood of young people registering as Democrats so they could vote for Bernie.

But the number of new voters and re registered voters was still a pretty small %age of the total voters. Still, they would seem to be pretty motivated to turn out, so good on em.
