on CNN. My bad it's Ron Paul not Rand Paul - remember he had his own peeps collecting delegates to challenge Rmoney

without having at least 8 states give you the majority of their delegates. Cruz will likely get there but hasn't yet, and the rules committeee can and probably will void it for 2016.
