On the east coast of the Italian city of Sicily lays the beautiful city of Catania. It overlooks the Ionian Sea, between Messina and Syracuse. Like in all popular tourist destinations, Catania boasts a host of Italian pizza joints.

of Ticino in the 70s and visiting Northern Italy, was they had never heard of "pizza" until Americans started asking for it in the late 50s and early 60s.
