Watch: Snowboarder chased by bear and doesn't know it

A woman who recorded video of herself snowboarding in Japan was oblivious to what was chasing her – until she watched the replay.

Video posted on YouTube by Kelly Murphy purportedly shows her being chased by a black bear as she was boarding at Hakuba 47 Winter Sports Park near Nagano, Japan, Saturday.

The camera was pointed back toward Murphy, so she was unaware of the large bear running after her.

“OMG! I was going through my snowboarding videos and I found a bear chasing me!!! I nearly got eaten!!!” Murphy wrote in the video description. Murphy added her own soundtrack by singing Rihanna's "Work."

Other seem to agree this is fake. It pops out in a couple frames, the sound seem to loop, and it is very loud at a lower volume so it seems she should have heard it. I noticed the haze around the bear and the size of the shrubs...oh and the speed of her vs the bear.

The bear seems an awful lot like a grizzly, not an Asian black bear.

4. They mentioned it was like the Elder Scrolls bear

The sound did seemed looped and I agreed the bear did not seem to have the darker face and had more of a grizzly look. The fact it never shows the end is also a bit odd.
