Watch- Wylie TX hail storm

Here is what i looked like in my neighborhood Monday night- Got holes in roof(through sheeting), windows gone, fence gone, AC units, oh- and my poor truck is more than likely totaled-

...it as it passed. The weather guy said "chance of small hail". Guess he was wrong on that one.

My best to all who may have been hurt or had damage to their possessions. Unfortunately, this is something we may have to get used to.

about 20 minutes before the winds changed from due North to due South and I saw the system turn on itself and said FUCK-

Got shit moved so I could get one car in the garage and the sirens were blaring then- bam...

Wow, though. Glad you're ok. Hopefully no one was hurt except the insurance companies.

but we did spend a year in Dallas. I remember reading about the state before we moved and one of the recommendations was a garage, so we paid a little more for an apartment complex that had a good concrete garage! The hail is no joke in the Dallas area especially. Down here in Houston the floods can wreak havoc.
