Anti-Muslim conspiracy theorist and Ted Cruz national security adviser Frank Gaffney is none too pleased that the musician Bono urged the U.S. Senate to provide more aid to the Middle East to help fight terrorism and the refugee crisis. Gaffney told “Breitbart News Daily” that Bono has encouraged “Europe to be repopulated by non-Europeans” who are bent on destroying freedom, adding that Bono is “a man of the left and a lot of them are useful idiots in the service, whether they know it or not, of Islamists and other enemies of freedom.” Gaffney, who has repeatedly implied that President Obama is a secret Muslim and terrorist sympathizer, said that the president is “willfully blind at best to the true nature of the enemy we’re facing.”
