AP - Nearly one-third of all millennials live with their parents

This discussion thread was locked as off-topic by uppityperson (a host of the General Discussion forum).

No, I'm not making fun of anybody or belittling them, but asking a question. How does this relate to DU? Well many of the most fervent Bernie supporters are millennials. Bernie hooked them on free college tuition and free healthcare, and they live with their parents. Why is this?

It takes a while to save up a quarter million dollars to put as a down payment on that $1M house. Living with parents helps them to save it quicker
