This is the same company who, in 2012, filed for bankruptcy to break the union, shuttered plants, laid-everyone off, PAID EXECUTIVES HUGE BONUSES, then sold the (shitty) product line to another company, all while blaming the union for their woes.

That company, now known as Old HB, did, in fact go out of business and close its doors and was subsequently liquidated. The snack cake business was sold and reconstituted as what is now known as Hostess Brands. No longer "the same company".
