A woman heard meowing from her car and couldn't find anything, but the cry kept coming back, so she brought her car to West Broad Hyundai, hoping the mechanics there could help her find the little mystery kitty.
Meet Sonata!
"While the vehicle is sitting in the service lane we hear the meow so I check behind glove box near the cabin filter area, and don't see anything, shine a flash light through the wiper cowl and don't see anything either," JoVan Chambers said on Facebook.
"We hear the meow again but sounds like it's in the fender or bumper area... So another tech takes the car and pulls it into shop and we put it on the lift."
They looked around the car and finally located the cat's whereabouts.
"He's in the passenger side Fender Liner up behind the wheel ducked down. Bubba takes (the) car apart more to get to him and Bob pulls him out."
John Newman, one of the mechanics, offered the little kitten some food right after they safely pulled him out of the car.
Now the kitty needed a home.
"They asked the owner of the car first but she couldn't because she has four cats already," Tiffany Vermillion-Newman, John's wife, told Love Meow.
"Then everyone was asking each other and it was my husband's turn and he said 'Yes of course!' and called me and came home within 15 minutes. We both went to Petsmart to buy kitty stuff."
When John held the kitty in his hands, he fell in love, and just couldn't say no.

The mom of the baby posted this under the video: This is my 2 year old - Jack Jack. He was having nothing to do with any of the characters on our Disney vacation in November. You see, he has autism and is non-verbal. He is on the shy side with people he does not know. THEN... he met Snow White. I must have cried 1000 tears watching his interaction with her. He was in love.
You're welcome.

(375 posts)My best friends daughter who was around 6 running up and hugging the Pink Panther.
That was at least 25 years ago.
She now has her own kids.
Snow White really made that child's day
I hope she remembers it as long as he does

(11,012 posts)would have sighed and said yes.
We never seem to go under seven cats. When one passes on, another or two cats show up in our yard or on our doorstep. The last one was put up for adoption, but she got so stressed every adoption day that we decided to keep her.

(701 posts)I keep my car in my driveway and try to bump the hood to dislodge/scare animals taking refuge in the warm engine. My nightmare would be to hurt any animal. My friend had one in the engine and when she started the car, of course it was over. I'll never forget that.

(6,133 posts)The pregnant cat I took care of crawled up into my neighbor/friend AMC. We tried to save the kittens, but couldn't do so.
A result of the experience is that I make sure that there are no kittens there. It doesn't mean opening my hood every time I drive, but be aware of conditions when it's really cold, and notice cats' behavior.
It's something I will always remember, but there was a lot of room back then in a AMC, under the hood, to get warm. I don't think it's a problem today.

(25,816 posts)under the influence of a certain psychedelic about midnight, I heard a small mew. There was no one else anywhere around.
There in a store doorway was a tiny kitten, smaller than the one in the article. I snatched it up and stuck it into my Levi jacket
and headed for Johnnie Ringo's for last call. The little guy was purring and so was I. I named him Badge. He was mostly black
but had a white "badge" on his chest. I had him for many years, a great hunter.

(53 posts)One of my close friends was the vet for the local shelter, in the spring one of Ted's cowboys (Ted has a huge ranch near here, the Flying D, Bozeman MT, about 170 thousand acres), came to the shelter and picked up a bunch of cats. In the fall a ranch hand returned with 150 cats. My vet friend brought me a big beautiful tiger stripe gray cat, only about six months old, the shelter had more cats than they could deal with. Teddy is the name I gave him, he got huge and lived to be 16, if I still had a photo handy I'd post it, loved that cat.
