2) They claim to be so "freedom" loving, but they sure like to poke their damned noses into everybody else's PERSONAL decisions!

Now, dreaming of re-do(s) on Voting Rights and Citizens United!!!!!!!!! Theres a rumor Clarence THOMAS might QUIT, but on the other hand, hes never had a softer job, although it got harder without tagging onto Fat Tony SCALIA.

(9,895 posts)I am not a huge Hillary fan, she has my vote and the party has my support, but this illustrates just how important it is to get a Democrat in the White House for the next 4 years. There is no way we can allow a complete idiot like Trump anywhere NEAR the decisions on who to seat on the court in the coming few years...
Thomas may retire.
Bader-Ginsburg may retire, and I hope her health holds out, as she is amazing already.
Kennedy may retire too.
Scalia's seat remains open.
That's nearly half the court that could be replaced with reliable Progressive votes to pair with Sotomayor and Kagan and produce a 20-30-year, 6-3 progressive leaning court to undo the damage done by the existing court.
