The .. men .. followed Peter Brown's BMW to his New Hartford home, police said. They demanded cash after threatening Brown with facsimile firearms, and obtained an ATM bank card they used to withdraw $1,300 from his account, police allege.
... The plot to steal from a "wealthy person" was hatched while all three were serving time .. police said.
