Police found the bodies of the two men outside the house at 4006 NW 417th Street, while the woman was dead inside.
None of the victims' names have been released, but Sergeant Tony Barnes told the New York Daily News they were all white.
Police believe Luyster was looking for something when he opened fire.
Police launched an online appeal showing Luyster's tattoos, which includes 'skinhead' scrawled over his abdomen. Adolf Hitler and other Nazi Germany symbols are tattooed on his back.
A friend wrote on his Facebook page on Saturday: 'My heart breaks that my comrade Brent Luyster is on the loose with multiple body bags in tow, brother ODIN is calling for you, may you have a proper taking into Valhalla......'
Police received a tip and arrested Luyster at 4.15pm on Saturday while he was in his gold Ford Explorer on the Ocean Beach Highway.
The Cowlitz County Sheriff's Office issued a tweet announcing Luyster's arrest, adding that he was taken into custody 'peacefully by his choice'.

The 35-year-old pleaded guilty and served 90 days in jail for rioting with a weapon after he was accused of pointing a loaded gun at a black man in a Vancouver, Washington, tavern because he became angered by an interracial couple.
He used a racial slur and when another black customer intervened, Luyster started threatening to kill the couple, according to court documents cited by KPTV.
The Columbian reported he was involved in a drive-by shooting, taking a motor vehicle without permission, rioting while armed, malicious mischief and theft, among many others.

The "original" NW Territories were initially white only in their state constitutions. Free blacks were not allowed to move to these areas. In the early 1800s, a free black in NC was a full citizen in NC (including voting and jury service), but could not even move to states like IN, OH, and IL.

The division then was not between slave v free states but between slave and white-only states.

They have this pattern, especially with respect to US stories. They will grab reporting from a few other sources, along with numerous photos from other newspapers (or wire services) and use an attention-grabbing headline along with several bullet points at the top of their piece.

All of the information in the article, though, is compiled from actual reporting done by others.

it seems like for a local Washington state story, it would be good to use local Washington state sources.

19. I can tell you why they're liked here--their stuff is easy to copy.

They don't put barriers in the way of accessing their info--the pics are easy to grab, as is the content, and they helpfully provide the link back to the original source.

Those of us who use them on occasion know that they're wingnutty at times, but, as I said, they're accessible. So long as we know just what they are (and most of us do) it's the convenience.

They're also very good at repackaging foreign language material. That's handy for people who don't speak a foreign language and can't read the material in the original form.

Of course, this is just for the women--I don't notice any males being praised for how "slim" they're looking, or how lovely their LEGS are! They also like to post pictures that are really unflattering, and then pretend to not notice (So-and-So looking fit in skimpy bikini when the poor thing looks tired, exhausted, in need of a break and is completely unaware that they're being photographed)--that way they get the clickbait fights (She looks HORRIBLE!! No she doesn't, she looks great!!!!) in their comments section, and that, of course, increases their ad revenue.

They do make a bundle on the whole body shaming culture, don't they?

You're not talking rocket scientists who read that thing, at any rate!

I will take note of their slant if I am citing a political article, but for the tabloid-y/lounge-type stuff, I sometimes don't bother.

I wouldn't compare Newsweek or Time to People or Us, either. They're all magazines, but each has a particular audience and purpose.

I don't notice a lot of difference between the Mail and the Telegraph, really, save the Telegraph crew do less "entertainment/celebrity" type news. I can't imagine how this happens. I guess his environment was awful growing up. But I can't discount the possible influence of DNA that probably had something to do with bad choices by his parents, and then him.
