Where did Tom Cotton hear a certain phrase before

and choose to say it over and over again...?
I am speaking about the "Help is on the way" which was the motto of Secretary John Kerry at his 2004 convention.
At first I told myself , "he doesn't realize that he just did that", but after the third time, I was angry because he was
obviously parroting John Kerry and I remembered how the GOP convention ridiculed Kerry. Was it plagarizing that
Tom Cotton did this?

. . . I've never seen a non-chickenhawk have SUCH a hard-on for war as this asshole does. His speech just gives me huge side-eyes.

So that only follows. Interesting that Time Magazine did not print out Cotton's whole speech, and only gave video "highlights".

I wonder if trump read the speeches beforehand? Or maybe Cotton figured nobody would remember JK's campaign slogan?
I remember it well...I made it my avatar during the campaign. Maybe the younger people don't remember since it's been twelve years...
But that is not a reason to STEAL it!!!
