Although I was there as soon as I knew that Bernie wasn't going to win. Even though I wanted to hang onto the hope that he would pull it off for a while.

No sense in barking against the inevitable. Plus, as anybody could have predicted, and as he promised, Bernie would do the right thing. And as the Hillary supporters said, we are in this together.

BTW, this is a helluva speech!!
