They only ull back in certain states when absolutely certain they can, like in Colorado and Virginia.

They haven't committed resources to emerging swing states because it is obviously too early to do so, like in Arizona and Georgia.

I'd say the Clinton campaign is handling this brilliantly. There is no over confidence, there is cold, calculated analysis before action.
