Trump's speech included staples of talk radio

I listen to way too much talk radio.

The African-Americans
- Dems take them for granted (Why don't they get us?!?!?)
- The Dems control the cities and the cities are a disaster (please ignore white flight... and NYC which is awesome!)
- The Dems voted against civil rights ( see the point two above and history). This theory spirals back to a re-writing of the Civil War.
- Blacks just don't understand (racism mixed with ... Okay I shouldn't have extended that, it's just racism)
-The media depicts us as racists (this from the "perception is reality" party)
- We can get the blacks off the welfare (all blacks are poor. If you happen to work with a black ignore that)

He actually stated the importance of education but then quickly mentioned charter schools. That's an scam industry that super business guy didn't tap into until his University.

He often sounds like the typical caller of any hate radio show rather than an actual political candidate. On hate radio America is in the middle of a race war (caused by Obama), whites are under attack, the crime rate is through the roof, America's foreign policy is retreat and appeasement, Iran is going Nuclear, Democrats hate Israel, socialism has failed everywhere, capitalism is winning everywhere, taxes are too high, Terrorists are seeping in everywhere, and ad in something about the constitution being under attack...

If you played the random fear rant from a typical hate radio caller, you couldn't tell it from * that comes from Trump's mouth on a daily basis. This isn't new. He's been running for a year now and he is still the same ill informed blather mouth that is allowed to not only exist on hate radio, it is championed! It's odd that only now in the general election, and only on some of the many huh? things he says, the media is listening and saying, huh?

This leads to the rather odd fact, the more he appeals to hate radio caller, the more of a hole he digs himself into with everyone that lives in the real world. They listen to him and say WTF is he talking about. Which is what I say 99% of the time when I hear a RW radio caller.

That is a perfect summary of talk radio. Trump has been playing to that crowd from the beginning and, as you say, those not endoctrinated have no idea what he's talking about.

Some how Obama is supposed to negotiate and find common ground with the people who publicly stated their only goal is to make him a one term president. They failed on that.

Not only that the same Congress he is supposed to be "working" or "leading" is systematically disintegrating. How do you exactly work with Congress when the GOP in the house can't work with itself. They removed Eric Cantor the number two in the house and then forced out the actual Speaker of the House! Their main sin was the mythical working with Obama they were doing. They're already grumbling about Paul Ryan who was good enough to be their VP candidate and now is not good enough to be in Congress according to many! It's this leadership Obama is supposed to be working with. Clint Eastwood and people like him are amazed Obama has failed to work with these people, while most adults are amazed people like Eastwood keep rewarding these people with seats in the Congress.
