Man Kills Noodle Shop Customer, then Sits Down to Order a Bowl of Ramen

After a grisly murder a Japanese man orders one last bowl of ramen before police came to arrest him. Read on to find out more.

Usually criminals convicted of heinous crimes such as murder are offered a last meal before being sentenced to death. One Japanese murderer decided to bypass this tradition and order his last meal right after killing his victim.

Imanishi Shinichiro was charged with manslaughter after killing a fellow customer at a Chinese restaurant in Tokyo back in September. His trial began this past March 13 and details behind the reasoning of Imanishi’s horrendous acts are finally beginning to surface.

According to reports, Imanishi engaged in an argument with another male customer that eventually led to Imanishi grabbing the victim by the collar, dragging him down, and resulted in Imanishi repeatedly stomping the male in the face and stomach until his untimely demise.

As gruesome as this act of violence was, perhaps more shocking is Imanishi’s nonchalant nature toward the crime he just committed. Imanishi immediately ordered another serving of ramen right after stomping a man to death. When asked whether he committed the acts Imanishi readily stated:

“There’s no question about it.”
