People are smiling in these and are being rescued and helped. What a world of difference between administrations.

...many folks with boats and supplies were prevented from accessing the NO area. Quite a few got in anyway, but not nearly enough. Fish & Game departments from Texas to Florida, and other sportspersons, did respond the best they could. The same can be said of rescuers in ground vehicles: Many were prevented.

Folks couldn't get in to help, and people in trouble couldn't get out just to survive...
The LEO/"armed patriotic citizen" behavior during Katrina was reprehensible
