It would make the race less close. The rest of the undecided voters will fall as they will..but that 2 or 3 who are totally offended by this..that could not only make it less close, but completely decide this election. Who knows...maybe??

Shouldn't it be "the jig is up"? "The gig is up" seems to imply that the band might just as well go home.
