A capitalist system cannot work without regulations and oversight. The 2008 economic meltdown occurred as a consequence of unfettered capitalism.

If they do not, their competitor will. How best to game the system? Get real close and personal with lawmakers. Money talks, money corrupts, and thus we can begin to see the endgame."
