What is up with this Cvoter poll that Trump keeps touting about that shows him up in VA and PA. Is he just getting desperate and trying to find any random poll that is in his favor?

1. It's a pollster located in India.

Nate gives them a roughly 3% house bias toward Trump and a C+ rating. I looked at their polling record vs. actual results for Indian elections and I was unimpressed, though they've gotten a few right recently.

Searching the internet for polls and when he finds one in his favor regardless of the methodology or record, he tweets it as great news.
